After a brief break for holidays & life transitions…Good Grief is back!! This is our Sunday (and sometimes Monday) Series. We’re so glad you’re here.
In the laundry aisle,
still in Sunday Best, a
woman selects bleach-
free, keeps faith, cool,
above waist-high
wild things—
me, jagged-edged
in underwear bleached,
pocketing prayer,
picking up the past,
staining black lace
a rotisserie pink—
so you meet God,
and then what?
Feel free to check out our archive of past work— both our own poetry, and the poetry from those we love and feel inspired by.
